Imagine a scenario where Sanda, a farmer from Kagarko Local Government Area of Kaduna State, Funmilayo, a Banker from Ikoyi, Lagos Government and Idahon, a Civil Servant from Delta State on return from Hajj, take it upon themselves to travel to the office of their State Pilgrims’ Boards or write to convey their gratitude for the wonderful experience they had. Compare it with another, where the same people return, vowing never to go on Hajj again due to the hardship they went through and follow up with bitter complaints over the media and petitions against their Boards to relevant Government Agencies. If we are ever going to justify our existence as Hajj managers, we need to move from the latter scenario which is a norm today, to the former which is the ideal. I invite you to join me
